Euro Auto by Swanson's

I lived in Sarasota for 4 years and relied heavily on Chris for all my automotive needs. He is without a doubt the most honest shop mechanic I've ever seen. He will sit with you and give you all the details as well as alternatives. There was even a time he told me where I could get my tires done cheaper elsewhere because he wanted to help me save money. I actually went to the place he recommended, saw the difference in quality/professionalism firsthand, and ended up bringing my car right back to Chris because his work, attention to detail, and professionalism were on another level entirely. If I still lived in Sarasota, I would only bring my car to him, no doubt about it. When I moved out of state, I called him and he spent 20 minutes of his day going over what to look for in some cars I was looking at purchasing.

Chris at Swanson Automotive is Sarasota’s best kept secret for a reliable, trustworthy, and highly skilled auto mechanic. He truly knows his stuff and will be completely honest with the you about what is needed or not needed for your vehicle. He has given us great advice and never steers us wrong. Can’t recommend him enough!

Highly recommend. Chris is a pleasure to work with. We discussed the issues my car had in detail and the repairs he suggested corrected the issues. Very happy and relieved to find a trustworthy auto service center.

I had a great experience with the mechanic, Chris. He was extremely thorough, explained everything clearly, and made sure the job was done right. His pricing was very reasonable, and handled everything in a timely manner. It's hard to find a mechanic who is this professional, honest, patient and efficient. I highly recommend this shop - everyone there was wonderful.
